The Big Book Project is a collaborative project run by young readers for young readers. Each contributor has the permissions to post how they please what they please. The site is moderated and inappropriate content is taken down or modified as soon as the editor is made aware of it. Please notify the editor if you notice any errors or inappropriate content by contacting us using the form found on this website. We may not reply to your email, but action will be taken accordingly.
We may sometimes include book covers in our posts. We do not claim to own any book covers we post, and we usually source these from Goodreads. Please notify the editor as soon as possible if you have an issue with the book cover and have a reason for us to remove it from the site by emailing through the contact form.
Factual inaccuracies will always be corrected as quickly as possible and will usually be picked up on rather speedily. But if they’re not, then please inform us right away!
Occasionally a contributor may see it fit to re-post something here that they have already posted somewhere else, such as their own blog. We expect that our contributors will not repost content that is published by a body that they do not have control over (such as The Guardian Children’s Books Site), but if you suspect a breach of copyright has been made, it is most likely accidental and we will fix it as soon as we are notified of it or notice it ourselves.
Contributors may sometimes receive books for review from publishers or schemes like NetGalley. If they have, our contributors are obliged to state it in their post.
Reviews and opinions stated do not reflect the opinion of everyone at The Big Book Project, and reflect the individual views of the author themselves.
Please note, due to the nature of the site and how it is run, all submissions and posts are unpaid and regretfully we are unable to subsidise costs related to writing posts for us
